PROJECT MANAGEMENT TEAM
Phil Smith personally acts as Project Manager on every home the company builds. He works
together with the architect, interior designer, and on-site superintendent to ensure the
coordination of all the project team members. He conducts an initial site evaluation,
oversees the estimating and value engineering process, scheduling, construction and final
completion of the home.Over the past two
decades, we have worked with many of the finest architects, engineers, interior designers,
and lighting consultants in the country. By using independent professionals from outside
sources, we are able to recommend firms best suited to your project's needs.
We are equally particular about your
subcontractors, most of which we have worked with and relied upon for years. The same
